Chapter 02 · Polarization

Aligning the molecule.

In 2007 Dr. Mikaelian filed the first application for a process that polarizes a diluted venom solution with magnets. Granted in 2012 as U.S. Patent 8,097,284 B2, it is the foundation of everything that followed: a resonance chamber, a laboratory, and a method he has since applied to other active ingredients.

Like poles, face to face.

The diluted venom circulates through tubing pressed between two arrays of magnets set with their like poles facing. Molecules tumble at random in the reservoir and line up as they cross the field. With every pass, more of the solution stays aligned. Switch the field off to compare.

The method, as patented

Four steps, written in 2008.

The patent describes an apparatus anyone could build from wood, magnets, tubing and a pump. Its precision is in the orientation of the poles and in the repetition.

Step 01

Dilute

The venom is diluted in distilled water, in proportions the patent specifies to a fraction of a millilitre.

Step 02

Orient

The poles of every magnet are found with a compass and marked. The magnets are then set so that like poles face each other and repel.

Step 03

Assemble

Flat magnets are glued in rows onto two wooden panels. Plastic tubing runs between them and the panels are bolted together, squeezing the tube to a gap of about two millimetres.

Step 04

Recirculate

A pump moves the liquid from its container through the magnetic section and back, at about 190 gallons per hour, for a time that scales with the volume.

According to the patent, the polarization lasts about three to four weeks. The venom itself is extracted monthly by mild electrical stimulation, stored cold and dark at 12 to 14 °C, and filtered through a 0.80 µm glass-fibre membrane.

Mikaelian Resonance Technology

From bench to chamber.

The magnetic loop grew into the MRT-06, an electromagnetic chamber with programmable cycles. In the configuration described in the 2020 review, a diluted solution is exposed for five hours to a monopole field generated from an AC source.

Beyond venom

The same molecule, more effect.

In 2021 the method was applied to other active ingredients. Two in vitro tests compared each compound with its polarized version.
